Well from a parents perspective it’s a PS4. The console is significantly cheaper and it basically does the same thing. This may be complete different go a child’s point of view, and choosing a console is a big decision, perhaps they want to stay loyal, or maybe they fancy a change.

Both ways it is a tough decision, and it depends on this individual themselves. Graphics for different games are very similar, game play is too, ‘so what does it matter?’ ‘Pick the cheaper one’. That’s the view of a parent, but keeping your Xbox membership and PS4 membership could be important.

Either way it’s a tough decision and both would make for fantastic Christmas presents.
